Bong Chong Bowl

Our sedentary lifestyle has brought our food habits into shambles. Eating healthy has become an urgency in our ‘’not-so-organized’’ life . To keep up with work and time , we resort to quick unhealthy bites which may not be good in the long run. The Bowl concept has been fast emerging in Mumbai with Buddha Bowl being one amongst the few , serving healthy pan Asian meals with a variety of options to choose from. A delivery kitchen located at Pali Hill, Bandra as well as in Kemps corner , this is one delivery outlet that serve their meals in an appropriate portion with quality packaging and on time delivery.

Buddha Bowl offers nutritionally balanced dishes for the Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian patrons where they can choose among starters, rice bowls, noodles bowls , soups and also indulge in healthy desserts. The newly opened outlet at Kemps is currently serving only vegetarian and vegan options.

We opted for the Chicken Som Tam Bowl that consisted of large grilled chicken chunks complemented with fresh salad, wheat noodles that was wonderfully cooked with green beans , raw papaya salad and some bell pepper with crunchy sesame seeds. This wholesome bowl was tummy filling and delicious indeed. Pho Chicken is basically a Vietnamese flavorful broth with soba noodles, spring vegetables, corn and roasted chicken with boiled egg. It had a very vibrant flavor because of the variety of ingredients. Chicken Bane Bane totally won over my palate and would definitely be recommended. The the Bong Chong Bowl that had corn cream or potato wedges that you could choose from , spiced with tangy bong chong recipe along with fresh vegetables and quinoa pilaf. It was delicious , I kid you not! There are other bowls you can choose from as well. To add to it they also have a few Bao options to choose from and their Beverages and Desserts are tasty as well!

To sum it up , all their dishes are light on the stomach and relishing on the palate. The service is quick and the outlet is a definite must try!
